To be honest, it has been awhile since I last played Starcraft 2. But yesterday I logged in and really rocked most of the games I played. I started out with co-op (yeah… I know it’s lame) for a few games to get my feet wet again.

Then before I jumped into actual games, I remembered a few strategies from Shokz. I was a little fuzzy on these strategies and had to log back in to the members area to get a refresher. That took about 5 minutes and then I was back to playing. Just remember that ALT+TAB is your friend when you are figuring things out.

Moving into my first game, I started up my aggressive playing style again. Apparently I was bumped back into that ranking filter again because I hadn’t played in awhile. But I did scare the poop out of the other guy I was playing against – so much so that he left before I destroyed even 25% of his base.

I figured that it must have been a fluke and a complete newbie giving me that win. So I joined another game and again I played really aggressively against 2 players this time. My ally wasn’t too great, but he did give me some support (or cannon fodder as I like to call them – lol).

What do you know?… Another win baby!

I kept playing for a few more hours and then called it a night. I lost one of my games out of those seven, but no big deal.

I was just posting this to give you guys a look at a returning players journey. If you’re good when you leave SC2, then you’ll be good when you return. Patches and updates might change small factors in the game, but the overall strategies in the game keep working. Just make sure that your overall strategies are backed by bread and butter techniques!

Then, even after I started using Mules, I wasn’t doing it correctly. I would drop them next to the minerals and then tell them to gather minerals from there. This wasted a few seconds that they could have been gathering with.

What you should be doing is dropping them right on the minerals. That way when they spawn, they will start gathering immediately.

Also, keep in mind that if you have say 3 command centers (all with Orbital Command), you can cast down mules from each. What I do is hot key my command centers and then call down mules on my new expansions. I can quickly mine up all the minerals from the new location and then I don’t necessarily have to worry about losing 12+ scvs.

So if you play Terran, then use mules. They are probably the best part of Orbital Command because you can get 300 minerals out of them before they burn up.

The Shokz guide talks a lot more about how to use mules more effectively.

I played a game yesterday and it sort of changed my mind about the colossus. I never paid too much attention to the unit until now.

I haven’t fully tested out the unit in a lot of games yet, but it does work really well against mineral lines and zerg. If you grab a drop ship and swing in the back of your enemy’s base, you’ll get a fair amount of workers before they catch on.

I noticed yesterday that it is especially effective against zerg players. These two guys tried to scare me and my teamates by threatening an infestor rush. They really underestimated us though.

What they didn’t expect were 4-6 colossus climbing over the side of their base with range upgrades. I wiped him and his friend right off the map before they could counter.

I have to give some credit to Shokz guide because I learned some really cool micro strategies with this unit there.

Shokz has a great way of terrorizing Terran players too.

Tanks have the longest range of any ground unit and can dominate a ground war if you use them right. They’re especially effective against unarmored units like zerg and can turn a battle into a blood bath quickly.

What’s strange is that you don’t see a lot of Terran players using tanks. You see a lot of players massing marines, maruaders, but very rarely do you see them throw in a nice support of tanks. So here is what I recommend you do. If you play Terran and have fallen into the rut of using marines and rauders continuously, then try throwing in a few tanks with your next battle. A few tanks placed in a strategic position can give you the advantage over a mass stalker attack.

Would you like to learn more about the best way to use tanks in a real multiplayer game? I’ve just read the new “How to use siege tanks” guide from Shokz and I got it by going here – Shokz siege tank guide.

They have a lot more strategies that I have read and used, but this siege tank guide is brand spanking new.

Starcraft 2 has been out for awhile now and there are already Pros dominating the game. Starcraft 2 multiplayer has some official hints and tips, but pros have their own strategies.

Note: Today I’m talking about a guide that is responsible for me winning 80-90% of my SC2 multiplayer games – Click here if you don’t already know what it is…

Whether you just got out of the single player campaigns or even if you have failed after playing a few multiplayer games, we’ve got what you need right here.

Truthfully, Starcraft 2 isn’t really that difficult. I used to think that it was, but after finding a few resources, I was able to figure out simple and effective ways to win just about every multiplayer game that I play.

However, without those strategies, tips, tricks, overall mindsets that I now use to look at the game, I would have never been able to get out of my perpetual losing streak.

Ok, the big question – what did I learn that helped me start winning just about every Starcraft 2 multiplayer game that I join? I’ve been asked this question from all my friends who play the game and this is the site that I point them to – Shokz Guide.

If you want to check out the guide, you can do so right here www.ShokzGuide.com. The price of the guide is supposed to be going up because the strategies are working so well with SC2 online games.

Once I bought Shokz guide, everything changed. I went from losing almost every game in the initial practice games (and there are 50 of them!) to winning continually.

After reading the guide I started with the 2v2 multiplayer matches. I used just one of the Terran strategies that I learned in the guide and guess what – Platinum level baby. Right out of the gates I dominated the game. Now I’m working on Diamond level and it’s actually looking fairly easy to get there.

The members area also has so much content that I haven’t even gone through 1% of it yet. All I had to do to get to the Platinum level was read about 2 guides and watch a few commentary videos that showed me how Diamond level pro players play.

What I tell my friends after I explain the above is that they shouldn’t get Shokz guide because then I’ll have competition – Just kidding.
